In 1977, an affiliated Company, Solemare Shipping Co. S.A., was established to undertake shipbroking activities, focusing on chartering and sale and purchase transactions within the dry bulk sector. From its early years, Solemare developed into one of the most active shipbroking houses in Piraeus, playing a key role in connecting reputable owners and charterers from across the globe with the Greek maritime community. Through this role, it has built a strong presence across the dry bulk market, covering a broad range of vessel sizes, cargoes, and trading routes.

Guided by a long-standing commitment to integrity and professionalism, Solemare has earned a solid reputation as a trusted and respected shipbroking company specialising exclusively in the dry bulk sector.
